New Leadership Launching a New Technology Vison for Prince George’s County

The Opportunity
Prince George’s County is home to world-class talent, rising tech innovators, and untapped intellectual property. Yet, it remains largely disconnected from the capital, infrastructure, and national narrative shaping our digital future. This is a collaborative space that meets the moment and creates a destination that engages under-served technology entrepreneurs. SPARK² is here to change that.
Our Mission
To accelerate a new, technology and innovation ecosystem rooted in equity, ownership, and opportunity, positioning Prince George’s County as a technology destination for:
• Mergers & Acquisitions and investment of tech firms and IP
• Capital access for scalable startups and small businesses
• Training, Research & Development in Quantum, AI, Cybersecurity
• Create a community-inclusive go-to-market innovation strategy for long-term economic growth
